Bulletproof Shake

Ingredients

  • Water
  • handful of fresh spinach
  • Cold coffee{as much as you want}
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1Tbsp coco powder
  • dash of cinnamon
  • ice

1.Fill 1/3 of the blender container with water and cold coffee.

2.Add spinach,coconut oil, coco powder, protein powder,cinnamon and blend until
smooth.

3. Add desired ice and blend.

4. Remove from blender & enjoy!

*Add more ice to make shake thicker or more water to make it
more liquid.
