Peppermint Patties

Ingredients for Patties

  • 1/3 cup dried coconut
  • 1/3 cup cashews or almonds
  • 1’2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 2-3 Tb stevia/honey/maple syrup*
  • 1 tsp peppermint oil
  • Pinch of salt

Ingredients for Chocolate

  • 1’2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 4-5 Tb maple stevia/syrup/agave*
  • 1/4 tsp cin-na-M011 and
  • Pinch of salt


1. Blend all ingredients from the first list together until smooth. Pat into flattened balls (patties) with your hands and set them in the freezer for maybe 30 minutes.

2. Next, process all the ingredients from the second list together until smooth.

3. Finally, dip each patty in the chocolate sauce and watch them harden almost immediately.


Lets be mindful of how much sweetener we put in our treats! Start by adding a small amount and adjust to your desired sweetness. It is not always necessary to add all the sweetener listed in the recipes you find. You are the chef feelfree to cut out any unnecessary calo┬Čries!

Feelfree to substitute the provided chocolate sauce for already made Bakers semi-sweet chocolate. Simply put chocolate in a bowl over simmering water (double boiler) until chocolate is melted, the dip patties., chill and enjoy!
